You saw him on TV when he appeared to be sentenced. He is called Allan Wadi Okello, a 2nd year University student who was sentenced to 2yrs in jail for insulting the president.
It was alleged that he had written some 'unprintable' things to Uhuru. But here we got the screenshots of the whole stuff that were sent to the President and/or posted on FB. What I can only say is that we should respect our neighbors, our leaders and even ourselves. Hoewever, Kaparo's office is not fair. Remember the likes of Kenyan politicians and what they do (rem Mwakwere?) Why was he not arrested? Charged? Prisoned? Unfair!!
