Forbes has been ranking African billionaires for the last few years. It is worthy noting that South Africa has been topping the list with the biggest number of billionaires. However, this year seems to have favoured Nigerians who rank first.
On top of the list is ALiko Dangote.
New billionares on the list from 2013 include Orji Uzor Kalu of Nigeria, Tony Elumelu of Nigeria and King Mohammed VI of Morocco. Vimal Shah from Kenya was struck off teh list and instead his father iis the new entrant after it was decided that the Son is only a CEO of Bidco Company but the father is the owner of teh business.
